Jacques De Lange

Jacques brings over thirty years of construction industry experience, supported by a Bachelor of Science degree earned in South Africa. With a practical mindset and a problem-solving approach grounded in first principles, he has built a strong reputation for delivering effective and commercially sound project outcomes.

Over the past twenty years, Jacques successfully owned and operated his own interiors shopfitting business, specialising in multi-site rollouts, rebranding programmes, facelift and refresh projects, building reconfigurations, refurbishments, and retail and corporate fitouts.

His broad experience also includes retail banking upgrades and fast-paced live environment projects.

Through the day-to-day management of his business, Jacques developed extensive expertise in site surveying, budgeting and estimating, value engineering, quantity surveying, and contract administration.

His hands-on commercial knowledge enables him to identify practical solutions that maximise value while maintaining quality and programme requirements.
Jacques’ strengths in early contractor involvement, creative problem solving, and collaborative client engagement make him a valuable asset to CAPE and its clients.

Combined with his strong industry relationships and quantity surveying expertise, he consistently provides clients with flexible, well-considered options that support successful project delivery.
