Hayden is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years in the construction industry, bringing a strong blend of on-site and commercial expertise. He began his career as a qualified carpenter, developing a solid understanding of construction methods before progressing into site supervision and ultimately quantity surveying.

With a Bachelor of Construction (Construction Economics / Quantity Surveying), Hayden has developed a well-rounded career across commercial, residential, fit-out, and civil projects. He has also held senior commercial roles, including Commercial Manager within a subcontractor environment, giving him valuable insight into both main contractor and subcontractor perspectives.

Hayden specialises in procurement, cost control, variation management, and full project financial oversight. His practical background enables him to take a solutions-focused approach to commercial management, ensuring cost certainty while balancing client expectations and project outcomes.

He works confidently with clients, consultants, and project teams to achieve strong commercial results.
