Saham Hamidi

Saham is a seasoned construction professional with over fifteen years of industry experience. Since joining CAPE in 2012 as a Site Manager, his strong leadership and management capability have seen him progress into the role of Project Manager, where he continues to deliver successful outcomes across a wide range of projects.

In his current role, Saham has successfully completed numerous complex projects, including major refurbishment works, and is currently leading multiple active projects supported by a talented and diverse team. His experience spans seismic upgrades, recladding, fitouts, and challenging live-environment refurbishments.

Driven by a passion for project planning and development, Saham takes pride in turning project visions into successful realities. He creates a collaborative and motivating team environment, ensuring those around him are well-supported, accountable, and aligned with CAPE’s objectives.

Saham combines strong leadership with deep technical construction knowledge, enabling him to confidently manage complex challenges and keep projects moving forward.

His ability to maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams, while prioritising programme, quality, and Health & Safety, makes him a highly valued asset to CAPE and its clients.
