Will Kimber

Will has built a strong foundation within the New Zealand construction industry over the past four years, beginning his career as a carpenter before developing a passion for both construction delivery and Quantity Surveying. His hands-on trade background gives him valuable practical insight into how projects are successfully delivered on site.

Prior to joining CAPE, Will spent three years with a main contractor, gaining specialist experience in high-end office fitouts and refurbishments, along with exposure to a wide range of other project types. This combination of site and commercial experience enables him to contribute effectively across all stages of project delivery.

Will has developed strong skills in bridging the gap between construction documentation and project completion. He works closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to build meaningful relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the life of a project.

With a strong understanding of project scope, client expectations, and cost management, Will helps ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining quality outcomes. His practical knowledge, collaborative approach, and commitment to delivering value make him a valuable asset to CAPE and its clients.
