Majid Al-Abri

Majid brings over twelve years of experience across a range of industries, where he has developed strong capabilities in site management, fire safety engineering, and traffic management. His diverse background provides him with a well-rounded understanding of project delivery and site operations.

Having been with CAPE for the past seven years, Majid progressed to the role of Site Manager after first joining the company as a labourer and driver. His career journey reflects a strong work ethic, ambition, and commitment to continuous learning, having started with CAPE while in his first year of university and determined to build a solid foundation for his future in construction.

Since stepping into management, Majid has successfully led a number of high-profile and complex construction projects, consistently demonstrating professionalism, leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure.

He continues to thrive in the Site Manager role, delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Majid is known for his friendly and approachable manner, which helps him build strong relationships with site teams, clients, and consultants alike. His growing skill set includes Health & Safety compliance, team leadership, collaboration, risk management, and a strong working knowledge of New Zealand construction standards, making him a valuable asset to CAPE and every project he leads.
