Kash joined Cape in 2022 as a site manager after gaining residential experience in New Zealand and commercial construction experience in India. In total Kash holds more than twelve years of construction related experience.
As a site manager with CAPE, he has completed a variety of projects, including seismic upgrades and fitouts ranging from, retail to hospitality & commercial offices to accommodation centres.
Kash believes in succeeding in an environment of growth, working in a team, and achieving organisational goals.
His passion for construction, an eye for detail and exceptional leadership skills make him an outstanding manager.
Kash has been successful in maintaining great relationships with client, consultants, colleagues and subcontractors. His commitment to projects enables him to deliver projects within the estimated cost, and timeline, without compromising on quality.
Working on numerous projects, Kash has been continually upskilling himself in project management, planning, quality control, health and safety, construction monitoring and day to day site execution.
