This project was won on a P&G & margin tender. The fixed lump sum pricing then progressed in line with the design process.

The integrated fitout took place while the building was still under construction, which provided its own set of unique challenges. There were several factors that contributed to the success of this project, the coordination and cooperation of the whole project team was most certainly one of them.

The project included a focus on high end joinery with a natural timber look, the design included meeting and training rooms with garage doors opening to large communal areas and a coffee caravan in the staff breakout area.

In the reception area, the feature lighting was powder coated to match the clients branding, this was complimented with the reception desk being made to appear as if it is floating. Both elements were designed to showcase the client’s work as leading engineers in the NZ construction market.
