Grace is an experienced and progressive manager, leader, and facilitator with over twenty years of diverse professional experience. Since entering the construction industry in 2015, she has successfully progressed through operational and site management roles, building a strong reputation for leadership, organisation, and results-driven performance.

Now leading Health & Safety initiatives within CAPE, Grace works closely with the leadership team, site teams, clients, and project stakeholders to ensure high safety standards are achieved across all projects. Her ability to communicate effectively at every level helps embed practical and meaningful safety practices throughout the business.

Grace is responsible for implementing robust systems and procedures that align with project-specific requirements, New Zealand legislation, and CAPE’s internal governance standards. She is committed to maintaining compliance while fostering a positive culture of wellbeing, accountability, and continuous improvement.
