Boris is an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in commercial and residential construction and refurbishment projects. He has delivered a wide range of works, including structural and façade works, internal fit-outs, and services coordination, often within live and operational environments and tight urban conditions.

He takes a hands-on approach to site management, coordinating subcontractors, managing daily operations, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project documentation and council requirements. Boris is confident working under pressure and is experienced in managing complex sequencing, inspections, and compliance processes, including Council requirements for CPU and CCC.

Boris has strong experience working within occupied buildings, where careful planning, communication, and staging are critical. He works closely with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve site issues quickly and keep the programme on track.
