Project Value
This project exemplified effective teamwork between the client, the designers, and CAPE.
Despite the stringent security and technological demands from the client's industry, we succeeded in creating an inviting and functional workspace. CAPE's detailed coordination and planning ensured perfect transitions between the hard industrial services elements and soft design features, resulting in a space intended to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
The standout features include complex structural strengthening in the server room and meticulous reticulation of exposed overhead services. Custom designed cabinetry and feature wall panelling in the front of house area as well as the breakout space help to create a welcoming and comforting feeling to people using the space.
Through open communication and a unified vision, the site team adeptly navigated the challenges presented by the client, delivering a workspace that surpassed expectations in both quality and timing.

Murdoch Thompson – Commercial Manager
CyberCX is proud of our new home at Level 6, 131 Queen Street, and grateful for having Cape as our construction / building partner. We view our fitout programme as a partnership owing each party's (Cape and CyberCX) transparency, dedication, and commitment to quality. Of particular note, CyberCX received a defect free fitout which was delivered on time and within our budget expectations.
