Project Value
As this project was negotiated with CAPE, it provided us the opportunity for early collaboration with the client and consultant team during the design development phase.
This early engagement allowed for input on constructability, value engineering, and programme optimisation, ensuring the project was both efficient and cost-effective from the outset.
The BE Employment Law office fitout formed part of a larger refurbishment project on level 4 of the 131 Queen Street building.
The project comprised a fitout of approximately 250m², which included American Oak flooring, custom made 100% New Zealand wool carpet, and a modern two-way joinery unit where one side had a full kitchen and the other a utility area.
The bespoke joinery unit also doubled as a way to separate the staff break-out area from the quieter work zone.
The fitout incorporated two medium sized meeting rooms and a large conference room all equipped with the latest in AV technology.
Working in close collaboration with design team, CAPE maintained programme momentum while ensuring the highest standards of finish were achieved. Careful coordination of trades and detailed interior elements was critical to delivering the project.
The project was delivered on time, under budget and to an high standard.
