CAPE was selected as the preferred contractor following a competitive tender process involving five shortlisted parties, supported by a post-tender interview that reinforced our capability to deliver a high-quality outcome.

The project comprised a single-floor fitout of approximately 950m2, including the full replacement of building services, amenities, lobby area, and finishes.

Positioned to maximise views of the Waitemata Harbour, the front-of-house areas include an arrival lounge, boardroom, and hosting kitchen. These spaces were created to provide a calm, high-end environment for both staff and visitors.

The workplace beyond supports a variety of working styles, with a large open-plan area complemented by meeting rooms, phone booths, and informal collaboration spaces.

A café-style breakout and lounge area provides a social hub, contributing to a balanced and functional workplace environment. The result is a cohesive interior that blends international identity with a strong sense of place.

Working in close collaboration with the architect and client-side project manager, CAPE maintained programme momentum while ensuring the highest standards of finish were achieved. Careful coordination of complex services integration and detailed interior elements was critical to delivering the project.

Ultimately the project was delivered on time, under budget and to an high standard.
