Nadine joined CAPE Limited in 2025, where she continues to apply her extensive expertise while contributing to the company’s financial performance and ongoing success.

With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, Nadine is a highly organised and driven professional who has worked across a broad range of financial roles within multiple organisations.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from North-West University, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, providing a solid foundation in both financial expertise and leadership.

Nadine’s experience spans key areas of accounting and finance, including financial reporting, record management, auditing, and the preparation of financial statements. Nadine brings a well-rounded skill set in financial management and analysis, with a strong focus on supporting informed decision-making and improving overall business performance.
Prior to relocating to New Zealand, Nadine held a managerial role where she built, led, and developed high-performing teams. This experience strengthened her ability to motivate others, navigate complex
challenges, think strategically, and implement practical solutions that delivered positive outcomes for both teams and the wider organisation.
